Transgene Insertions in Stock Collections has been added as a new option in FlyBase GBrowse. Sequence-mapped insertions at the three major D. melanogaster stock centers -- Bloomington, Szeged, Kyoto -- and the Exelixis insertion collection distributed by the Artavanis-Tsakonis lab at Harvard Medical School can be displayed in individual tracks along with a subset of gene-related track options. The URL http://flybase.org/cgi-bin/gbrowse/dmelstocks/ goes directly to this GBrowse view. From any other GBrowse view, select Insertions in Stock Collection as the Data Source. Use the Tracks panel to select the features you want displayed.
